Arany Spa is an oasis of calm in the heart of the city and one of the best spas I have visited in the world. And I have visited quite a fewโฆ There is an exquisite pool, luxurious surroundings and a unisex wet area to enjoy the sauna and steam room with your partner. The service is always friendly and professional and, quite surprisingly, you often get the facilities to yourself, particularly during the day.

Considering this is a highend hotel so should be the spa services. The spa itself looks nice. Where's the masseuse was highly unqualified. Before the message they offered me tea and while still making my first sip he was standing at my face, asking if we can proceed to the masage room, he ask about my wishes with the questionnaire in his hand I explained again asking him to focus on my back.
